2. What data we collect

When you use the quote form or contact us by WhatsApp or email, we process:

• Your name and WhatsApp number.
• Your answers about the service you need (type of service, type of project, estimated budget or ad spend).
• The optional message you choose to write.
• Browsing data (for example, pages viewed) only if you accept marketing cookies (see the Cookie policy).

We do not ask for sensitive data or data about minors. Please do not include them in your message.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your inquiry and send you a proposal.
• To book the diagnostic call and follow up on the sales conversation.
• With your permission, to measure and improve our advertising campaigns.

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions that affect you.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (art. 7 of the LOPDP), which you give by ticking the acceptance box for this policy on the form or by accepting marketing cookies. For ongoing contracts, also on performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax).

5. Who we share your data with

• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms: when you submit the form, WhatsApp opens with a message summarizing your answers; WhatsApp processes that conversation under its own policies.
• Formspree (only if enabled on the site): sends a copy of your form to our email.
• Meta Pixel (only if you accept marketing cookies): Meta receives browsing data.
• Email and hosting providers that give us technical services.

Some of these providers are abroad (for example, the United States). That international transfer is made with your consent and only for the purposes stated.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the data of an inquiry that does not become a contract for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you hire us, we keep it for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

As a data subject you may exercise the rights of access, rectification and update, erasure, objection, portability and suspension of processing, and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated assessments. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

8. How to exercise them

Write to hola@apoagency.io stating your name, the WhatsApp number you used and the right you want to exercise. We will reply within the deadlines set by the LOPDP (15 days). If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may go to the Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will inform you as the law requires.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
