Logo design and branding in Ecuador

I create visual identities that say what your business is. If you need logo design in Ecuador, the redesign of a brand that has aged or a full brand guidelines document, I work with you from Guayaquil so your brand looks consistent on your website, your social media and your ads. Here is what each option includes and what it costs.

What branding is and why it matters

Branding in Guayaquil and across Ecuador is not just a nice logo. It is how your business looks, explains itself and is remembered. A simple, consistent identity does more than many different pieces: your customers recognize you faster and trust you more. That is why I start from what you already have and what you want to communicate.

What each option includes

There are three paths, depending on the stage of your brand.

  • Logo from scratch: logo design, versions for light and dark backgrounds, and the files you need to use it in digital and print.
  • Redesign: renewing an existing logo, keeping what your customers already recognize and fixing what does not work.
  • Full identity with brand guidelines: logo, color palette, typefaces, usage rules, application examples and the brand guidelines in one document so your team and suppliers use it the same way.

What brand guidelines are

Brand guidelines are the document that explains how to use your identity: the logo and its clear space, minimum sizes, colors with their codes, typefaces and what not to do. They let any designer, print shop or agency keep your brand consistent. APO has its own brand guidelines, with clear rules for logo, color and typography, and I apply that same discipline to your project.

Who it is for

  • New businesses that need a logo and an identity to launch.
  • Companies with an old or inconsistent logo that want to renew it.
  • Growing brands that need guidelines to keep everything consistent.

How much logo design and branding cost

Reference prices in US dollars; the final proposal depends on the scope.

  • Logo from scratch: from $150.
  • Logo redesign: from $200.
  • Full identity with brand guidelines: from $450.

How we work

We start with a free diagnostic of 30 to 45 minutes to understand your business and your audience. Then you receive a proposal with deliverables, timelines and a fixed price. During execution I show you progress, and each revision round is defined in the proposal; the rights over the final deliverables transfer to you when you pay in full.

How long a branding project takes

The time depends on the scope and is set in the proposal: a logo from scratch needs fewer rounds than a full identity with guidelines. What speeds things up the most is having clear what you want to communicate and approving each step on time. Before we start, in the free diagnostic, we define a realistic schedule together.

What I need from you

I need to know your business: what you offer, who you sell to, how you want to be seen and which brands you like. If you already have a logo or printed pieces, share them. I also need one person to approve each step. The clearer you are about what you want to communicate, the faster we move.

What is not included

Website design, ads or carousels are quoted separately. Printing stationery, signs or packaging is not included either: I give you the files ready for your print shop. Changes that alter the agreed scope are quoted before they are made.

Why work with APO

APO’s own brand is built with the same rules I apply to your project: one logo, a short palette and a clear typeface. You talk directly to me, get a fixed price and the rights over the final deliverables become yours when you pay in full.
